Here are some new updates on the Canon EOS R8 rumors. Canon might release the replacement for the EOS R (save $200) towards the end of 2022 or early 2023.
While it is mentioned that this camera will be the EOS R Mark II, it is also said to be called the EOS R8. In other words, when it comes to a possible EOS R replacement, it should be taken into account that it may be an EOS R8 according to Canon’s product numbering structurdailye.
According to the latest rumors, Canon’s new generation of mirrorless camera EOS R Mark II prototypes are already in wild. One of the prototypes uses a Digic X image processor and a 30.3-megapixel CMOS sensor just like the one found in the EOS R7 and EOS R10. The camera is able to record High-Quality Images with more details and the ability to shoot uncropped 4K up to 30fps.
