Rumored Canon EOS R8 Specifications. Canon EOS R8 will be announced on February 8th along with EOS R50 and two new lenses. Here are the key specifications of this new camera.

- Weighs only 461g including battery and SD card.

- Full Frame 24 million pixels sensor

- Continuous shooting achieves up to 40 frames per second with an electronic shutter.
- AF is dual pixel CMOS AF II, equipped with tracking AF that can track not only eyes, face, body, but also airplanes, trains, cars, animals, etc.
IBIS (in-body image stabilization) is not installed, but digital image stabilization is available for videos. - Vari-angle monitor, microphone terminal, HDMI terminal, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth.
- Streaming via USB-C is possible.
According to this information, Canon EOS R8 seems to be a lower model that uses the same sensor and image processing engine as the current Canon EOS R6 Mark II.
